Affordable Apartments

One Six Six is pleased to offer apartments in accordance with the City of Chicago Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). To qualify for this program, all applicants need to meet the Greystar Qualifications and not exceed City of Chicago Income Limits of 60% AMI (Area Median Income) per the respective number of persons living in the home. * Total Monthly Leasing Price includes base rent, all monthly mandatory, and any user-selected optional fees. Excludes variable, usage-based, and required charges due at or prior to move-in or at move-out. Security Deposit may change based on screening results, but totals will not exceed legal maximums.
